
Delivery & Pick-Ups—We Work Around Your Schedule At Furniture Nation, we offer convenient, flexible delivery options that work around your schedule. No reason to take off work or wait around all day! Our delivery professionals are independent contractors who have agreed to schedule deliveries on days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate your calendar—7 days a week. When you choose Furniture Nation, your furniture delivery includes professional assembly and setup services as well.
In-store and online orders are delivered within a 30-mile radius of our store.

Flexible, Convenient Delivery Services At Furniture Nation, we work with an extensive network of importers and manufacturers throughout North America. (That’s why we offer such great values and affordable name brands!) Most orders are available for delivery within 1 week, however delivery times may vary. On occasion, items must be special ordered or demand for a particular piece may be higher than anticipated resulting in a delayed delivery time of 1–6 weeks.
Here’s how it works:
- Deliveries include Assembly/Set-Up on all delivered items.
- On online orders we will call you to confirm your order and delivery address.
- When your product is available for delivery, we will call you to schedule a date and 3 hour window for the delivery.
- Our delivery contractors will arrive within the scheduled 3 hour window, deliver each product to the room that it goes to and Assemble/Set-Up all items delivered.
- You relax and enjoy your beautiful new furniture. It’s that easy!
Affordable delivery costs—Volume discounts apply:
- Delivery and Set-Up is priced for within a 30 mile radius of the store.
- A $2.00 per mile charge, each direction, will be applied for each additional mile past the 30 mile radius.
Charges:
- One Room Group: $85.00
One Item: $50.00
Add $20.00 for each additional item.
Add $30.00 for each additional room group.
3 individual items that are in the same room are considered a room group.

Assembly and Set-Up-- Additional Information:
Delivery costs include professional assembly and setup and apply to a 30-mile radius of our warehouse. Before delivery, customers are responsible for clearing the area where the new furniture is to be placed. If customers need assistance moving, disassembling, or hauling away old furniture at the point of delivery, this service is at the sole discretion of our independent delivery contractors and may result in additional fees.
Love Your Truck? Easy Showroom Pick-Up Some Furniture Nation customers prefer to pick up their order at our showroom. Our customer service representatives will contact you to inform you when your order is available for pick up.
At the time of pick up, we will assist you in safely loading merchandise into your vehicle. Customers are responsible for checking the condition of your merchandise prior to leaving the loading dock. Customers are also responsible for providing your own materials for safe and secure transportation, i.e. blankets and tie-downs. The staff at Furniture Nation is not authorized to tie down your merchandise. Thank you for understanding.
