DELIVERY
Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver orders within a 20-mile radius of our warehouse.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs include assembly and setup, and apply to a 20-mile radius of our warehouse:
One Room Group: $99.00
One Item: $65.00
Add $20.00 for each additional item.
Add $30.00 for each additional room group.
3 individual items that are in the same room are considered a room group.
*All china cabinets, wall units, bunkbeds, captains beds, trundle beds, storage beds and sectionals count as a room group.*
***Delivery charges are to be paid at the time of delivery in Cash, No Checks, Money Orders Or Credit Cards.***
Do you deliver online orders?
Yes! Whether you purchase online or from our showroom, we deliver orders within a 20-mile radius of our showroom. (Stay tuned for nationwide delivery in the future.)
How will my order be delivered?
Furniture Nation uses several independent contractors to facilitate your delivery. Here’s how it works:
1. We will call you and confirm your order 2 to 3 days prior to available delivery.
2. You choose your desired delivery day, any day of the week.
3. You choose any 3-hour window between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
4. Our delivery contractors arrive on schedule, then deliver, assemble, and setup your furniture.
5. You relax and enjoy your beautiful new furniture. It’s that easy!
How soon will my order be delivered?
At Furniture Nation, we work with an extensive network of importers and manufacturers throughout North America. (That’s why we offer such great values and affordable name brands!) Most orders are available for delivery within 1 week, however delivery times may vary. On occasion, items must be special ordered or demand for a particular piece may be higher than anticipated resulting in a delayed delivery time of 1–4 weeks. Please call us at 817-605-7632 to confirm product availability before placing your online order.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes! We strive to accommodate your schedule. The delivery date of your order can be changed any time up to 24 hours before delivery. To reschedule, simply contact us either via email or call 817-605-7632.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Some Furniture Nation customers prefer to pick up their order at our showroom. Our customer service representatives will contact you to inform you when your order is available for pick up.
At the time of pick up, we will assist you in safely loading merchandise into your vehicle. Customers are responsible for checking the condition of your merchandise prior to leaving the loading dock. Customers are also responsible for providing your own materials for safe and secure transportation, i.e. blankets and tie-downs.
The staff at Furniture Nation is not authorized to tie down your merchandise. Thank you for understanding.
GENERAL
Will my furniture be assembled?
Yes! Delivery costs include professional assembly and setup and apply to a 30-mile radius of our warehouse. Before delivery, customers are responsible for clearing the area where the new furniture is to be placed. If customers need assistance moving, disassembling, or hauling away old furniture at the point of delivery, this service is at the sole discretion of our independent delivery contractors and may result in additional fees.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
No problem! We’re committed to quality and customer service. We do our best to make your delivery successful, however there are times when issues arise that are beyond our control. In the rare event that your merchandise arrives damaged, rest assured that we will replace the item as soon as possible. Our delivery professionals usually notice any damage during assembly and setup; however, if you discover any overlooked damage, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to initiate the replacement process.
Are all items online displayed in your showroom?
No, our online selection is greater than our showroom capacity, however we constantly strive to keep a vast variety of styles and the latest designs in our showroom at all times. Our extensive showroom inventory allows you to experience the quality, style and value of merchandise that we offer, and our online sources grant a wider range of selections to suit every style and budget.
Do you share my information with anyone?
No. At Furniture Nation, we take your privacy seriously. Any information collected during the course of a transaction is only used internally to provide you with the best customer service possible. We are committed to keeping your email address confidential, and do not sell, rent, or lease your information to anyone. We will use your email address solely to communicate Furniture Nation sales information to you.
Does my product come with any warranties?
Yes! Furniture Nation warrants all merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Because of our extensive network of importers and manufactures throughout North America, some warranties vary in length from one year to lifetime and may cover specific areas of construction.
The warranty is void if the manufacturer or Furniture Nation determines that damage has been caused by abuse, negligence, or accident. If damage is deemed to be under warranty, repairs or replacement will be the manufacturer’s option.
Do you offer any extended warranties for the products you sell?
Yes! We offer two kinds of protection plans:
1) 5-year plan for fabrics.
2) 5-year Premium Combination plan that covers every item on your invoice
What if I have questions about my order?
At Furniture Nation, we are just a phone call or email away—and you’ll get a real person on the phone when you call. We are always here during operating hours to answer any questions you may have. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
What types of payments do you accept?
Come to our showroom and choose from our lay-away plan, 90-days-same-as-cash, and 12-months-no-interest opportunities. We also accept cash and charge in our showroom.
Buying online? We’ve selected PayPal, the safer, easier way to make an online payment using your credit card.
Online Pricing Errors
We strive for accuracy in our online pricing and product information. However, should an error occur, we reserve the right to correct such errors and the right to not honor erroneous pricing on the website, either in stores or online. If an order containing a pricing error is placed online, our customer service representatives will contact you. The order will be cancelled, any payments authorized will be refunded, and you will be given the opportunity to place your order at the corrected price.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Online orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the initial order placement. Please understand that because we strive for timely deliveries, we quickly process orders once an order is placed. Thus Furniture Nation becomes financially obligated to complete orders from our suppliers. Therefore, once the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, the sale becomes final.
Can I return my order for a refund?
No. Once merchandise has been delivered it may not be returned for a refund.
Should an exception be made and we permit the return of any merchandise due to no fault of Furniture Nation, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and the balance will be issued as in-store credit. To be considered for return in such cases, merchandise must be in excellent condition. Store credit will not be issued on shipping or delivery charges.
